Together in Jesus

We are a community of followers of Jesus Christ, committed to loving Him with all our heart, mind and soul. We are called to bless and serve Sunnyvale, the Bay Area, and the far reaches of the world. As followers of Jesus, we recognize each of us is a work in progress, standing on level ground at the foot of the cross. Only Jesus has achieved perfection, and it is only by His grace that we stand. Through His death and resurrection life is available to each and everyone. And so, we understand church as an open door to anyone truly seeking God.

We are a place of diversity in people, worship styles, and theological viewpoints. We see ourselves as a progressive part of a world-wide movement known as Seventh-day Adventists, who are called to a sacred time with God and who long for the second great appearing of Jesus. His promise is to return and take us to be where He is. “And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am.” John 14:3, NIV.
